School Bus Bookings

Parents/guardians must place bookings via the Hall School Wimbledon Home To School Transport Website. The booking window will open for bookings ahead of each term. Sufficient notice for placing bookings will be provided to parents.

The School offers places on its bus service, based on a first-come, first-served basis. The School will do its utmost to accommodate all requests for use of the service.

Journeys booked but not taken are non-refundable.

Amendments / Cancellations

Amendments to bookings (for example: frequency, route, pick-up location, or drop-off point) should be made by emailing hallschool@studentsafe.com

All bookings are termly and will be required to be booked in advance of each term. If you wish to cancel your child’s bus provision part way through the term, you will still be charged the full amount for the remainder of that term.

Use of the Service

Pupils can only travel on the route for which they are registered.

Parents/guardians are asked to remind their children that when travelling on the School buses they remain bound by the School’s Behaviour Policy.

Parents/guardians are asked to remind their children that they must abide by the School’s Pupil Code of Conduct (detailed below).

Changes to Service

The School reserves the right to make route alterations after publication, but will provide notice of any such action.

 Payment & Charges

The cost for each journey will be £7.00 (£14.00 return).
